Helping hand

Pursuing a new career in late 2008, I was contacted by numerous recruiters about potential positions. Some were decent.  Others horrible. However, Peter was quite a step above the competition. It was very apparent from the beginning that he was more professional and more personable at the same time. 

I have since been happily employed at the company he recruited me to for nearly 5 years. As an extension of Peter’s unprecedented recruitment skills, I have also been fortunate enough to gain a great friend and mentor in the process. As a young professional who has risen through the ranks, Peter has also been there to lend a helping hand, provide an open ear and share his great wisdom as I develop into an effective manager and leader for the future. 

On the recruitment side, Peter is diverse, resourceful, and committed to finding candidates who fit with your organization. In my mind, the toughest part of recruiting is not getting volume through the door, but getting a finite number of “the right candidates,” driving interviewing and review efficiencies. Peter has that special gift. I was able to move extremely quickly and efficiently on a recent hire from the start of a requisition to working with the candidate to agree on our terms, to the signing of a candidate’s contract as a result of Peter’s attention to detail. EVERY hire that we’ve worked on together has been nothing short of a rock star and a valued, high contributing member of our team.
